COSMOPIVOT
Pivots conveyor is a special "positive” conveyor where each container is handled singularly. With pivot conveyors, no accumulations between the various machines are need.
The working speed of the conveyors is automatically synchronized with the production rates of the machines of the plant. No format changeover parts required and elimination of all the screws at the inlet of the machines. Reduced costs in terms of materials and shorter changeover operations.
Possibility to use containers more frail, with lower weight, not stable or with special shapes, not producible on standard conveyors. Pivots conveyors and the other machines on the line, are manged in electric axis, in order to create a full synchronized system that operates as a sole equipment.
