Continuous linear orienting machine to orient at 0° - 180°, empty or filled containers. Detection system at inlet by photocells or by a camera.
The orientation is carried out by a series of heads that bring each one a gripper to hold and turn the containers while they are passing across the machine.
Possibility to work in combination with a lane divider, to create packs having inside, a pre-set orientation of the containers.
Production capacity up to 400 Bpm.
COSMOTWIST R
Continuous rotary orienting machine to orient the containers at any requested angle.
Detection system by photocells or by a camera. The machine is equipped with a series of turning plates, driven each one by a brushless motor, to orientate the products at any angle need. It’s therefore possible to create batches of products having pre-set orientation sequences, in accordance with packaging needs.
Production capacity up to 400 Bpm.
COSMOTWIST ONE
Linear orienting machine with start-stop operating, to orient 0° - 180°, empty or filled containers. Detection system at inlet by photocells or by a camera. Single central turning head driven by brushless motor to orientate the product.
Production capacity up to 100 Bpm.
