COSMO CNL for COLLARS
Machine to insert promotional truncated pyramidal collars on the neck of the containers.
The collars are automatically picked up and opened by the machine and then inserted on the necks of the bottles not by gravity but by special grippers, that held them till the final position on the containers.
It is therefore possible to use collars that fit perfectly the neck of the bottles and that don’t split off, in case the container is capsized.
Folded collars need less space and are cheaper than collars that arrive from the manufacturer already opened; they make also possible the realization of special shapes that characterize better the product.
Production capacity up to 300 Bpm.
