ARM ROBOT JUMPER
Dynamic divider having the sidewise translation by means of a linear guide driven by a brushless motor and the lengthwise translation with tracking movement, carried out by two linear brushless motors placed directly on the switching head. This solution reduces the weight of the parts to be moved, allowing highest working speeds – production capacity up to 1.000 Bpm.
ARM ROBOT JUMPER NC
Similar to the Arm Robot Jumper but equipped on the switching head with a couple of vertical belts that accompany the packs forward, without pressing their sides, along the entire deviation movement. This patented system, prevents product stoppage since the belts adapt their speed to the speed of the conveyor belt, by means of an electronic axis system. This solution, finds its best application in the handling of items as cluster-packs, bundles, briks, trays, small boxes and in general, of all the products that because of shapes and size, can create jamming or issues in a standard machine.
